His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, has consented to send messages of condo​lences to His Excellency Luong Cuong, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and His Excellency Pham Minh Chinh, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the Government and the people of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam following the recent flooding and landslides in several provinces in Central Viet Nam, which resulted in the loss of lives and widespread damages.
